Roark acquires EBWA Industries, Inc., an electron beam welding facility in central Indiana. EBWA has a long history and great reputation dating back to the 1960’s and supports a wide array of customers in various industries. This acquisition adds capability and markets served for both groups.

Operations will continue at the Deloss Street facility.
